Purchasing Products
Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Ordering
Q. How is my payment handled?
A. Payments are taken through PayPal or Strike in British Pound Sterling. You don't need a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Shipping Policy
Q.I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
All paintings are carefully packed for prompt postage within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping.Please allow 7 working days in total.
Alternatively, paintings can be picked up by you at our locality. Please email us or phone us for details.
If you need delivery by a specific date then contact us to ensure it will reach you in time. If you require a faster delivery than 5 working days then there may be an extra charge added for this.
Do you ship to other countries?
No, we do not ship to the USA but other countries will be considered in due course. Please contact me if you'd like to enquire about shipments to the EU countries. These shipments would require you to pay for packing and postage.
Packing and Postage
* Items bought for over £50 within the UK include free postage and packing.
*There is a £5 fee for postage and packing if the bought item is below £50.
Returns and Refund Policy
If your purchase is not as you expect, you have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us by email and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lynnegreenstreet.art. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 67a, Main Rd, Marsh Lane, Sheffield, S21 5RH.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
